Cash Cameron Shaw, b. 2/23/26, Praying that Cash has no additional breathing difficulties and gets to join his family at home today!!!!

my 7th great grandchild, was born 4 1/2 weeks early. Initially did pretty good; however, as it grew closer to time yo go home, his lungs began to be problematic and he went to NICU for hopefully 3-5 days! Please keep Cash, my grandson,, his wife, (Andy and Georgie) and my daughter Heather and her husband Hugh) in your prayers, 🥰🥰 Jo Anne Woodard

UPDATE- 3/12/26-

It’s been a long road for Hugh; however, next Monday will be his last chemo session! Not going to lie, he’s pretty spent! However, he sees the light at the end of the tunnel and is very grateful for all the prayers, the docs and medical staff, his family and friends and strangers that have helped him get through this ordeal. He has a long way to go in regaining his strength and weight, but he’s up for the challenge. Thank you all for your prayers for Hugh and family!

God is good…..ALL THE TIME! Thank you all for your continuing prayers!

Update: 3/12/26

Spoke with John yesterday (and he sounds great) and he’s planning on seeing us at Bass Pro on Saturday! And we’ll certainly be happy to see him! Current plans are to return home in a couple of weeks.

If you’re up for a visit, please consider taking a walk with him as he’s trying to build up his strength and home PT has signed off! 😉 Thanks!

Hey gang. Please pray for those affected with the strikes there in Bahrain. I have received a message from a student this morning stating:

….The missiles from Iran struck the school, The US Embassy, The military base, and An apartment building about 2 km away from me.. Everybody is trying to find a way out of the country, but all escape points (the air space in the causeway) are closed. When I get to a safe place, i will reach out…..
